Pre-K Enrollment

ENROLL PRE-K STUDENTS

Date: Wednesday, April 15

Time: 11:00am - 1:00pm and 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Location: Perry Lower Elementary School Front Lobby, 1103 N. 15th St.

ENROLL ONLINE through the parent portal now!

Step 1: Go to school website

Step 2: Click on parent portal

Step 3: Request an account (this process is not automatic and will be processed within 24 hours)

Step 4: Check email for account activation from Sylogist or Registrar, Emily Miner

Step 5: Log into parent portal

Step 6: Click the Student Records Portal

Step 7. Complete steps of enrollment

Step 8: When choosing grade level, choose 'P4P' as shown below

Enrollment is online only. Paper enrollment packets are not available.

Chromebooks will be available on Wednesday, April 15 at the Lower Elementary

Enrollment day for Pre-K students is Wednesday, April 15 at Perry Lower Elementary School. Students entering school this fall must be 4-years-old on or before Sept. 1 to enroll. Our Pre-K is a half-day program and is limited to 80 total students.

Please bring the following with you to enroll for the office to make copies of the below documents:

• Birth Certificate

• Proof of Residency

• Immunization Record

• Completed Enrollment Forms - online only

• Bring your child with you for a quick screening with our Pre-K teachers

Pre-K is a half-day program.

Morning Pre-K

8:15a.m. - 11a.m.

Afternoon Pre-K

12:15p.m. - 3:15p.m.

*Pre-K students are not allowed to ride the school bus
