Our students and families are surrounded by a supportive and caring Perry community. While we focus on seeing students succeed in the classroom, our desire is to help with needs at home as well. Below is a list of resources, services, and contacts for families in need of food, clothing, counseling, transportation, shelter, and many other forms of assistance.

Church of Christ - Food Voucher

  • Services: $50 voucher to help families in need of food. 
  • Requirements: No requirements. Emergency assistance only.

Local Backpack Buddies Program

  • Hours: Hours vary depending on the start of the school year. The program partners with the local schools to get the supplies needed. 
  • Services: Backpacks and school supplies provided to any child ages PreK-12th grade in need.

Weekend Backpack Program

Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma

  • Services: Elementary school children receive a bag full of kid-friendly, non-perishable and nutritious food on Fridays to sustain them over weekends and school holidays.

Wheatheart Nutrition Project

  • Hours: 12 noon- 2:00pm
  • Services: Meals provided onsite to persons aged 60 and older and promotes social interaction. Will deliver meals to homebound residents. 
  • Requirements: Age 60+, phone reservation required.

Foster Family Program

Operation Blessing

  • Services: Rent/utility assistance, food, clothing, tax prep, medicine, travel for medical reasons
  • Requirements: Noble County residents only. Must be low income. For assistance with rent and utilities, must provide the most recent utility bill and 30 days worth of income verification.

Outreach Committee of First Christian Church

  • Services: Financial assistance to Perry junior high and high school students such as field trips, school supplies, sports equipment, band equipment, shoes, etc.

School Supplies - Backpack Blessings

Wi-Fi Access

  • Location: 630 Birch St., Perry, OK (east of the Noble County Family YMCA)
  • Services: FREE Wi-Fi access. Park in the designated parking spots and remain in your vehicle to connect (no building access).
  • Requirements/Hours: Open to the public daily 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • This service is made possible by Ditch Witch, The Toro Company, and the American Connection Project Broadband Coalition.
