HIGH SCHOOL ELA SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER

Jaymi Thompson joined the Maroon family in 2015. She grew up in Perry and is a 2000 graduate of Perry High School. She received a golf scholarship from Wichita State University and graduated with a BA in Geography from University of Oklahoma. Later, she earned an M.S. in Special Education and Gifted Education from Fort Hayes State University and an MAE in School Psychometry from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Her family includes husband, Chris, and her sons, Aiden, Kian, and Cameron. In her free time she enjoys watching her kids participate in all of their activities, enjoying life on her little farm, reading, and doing different crafty things.
