Picture day is right around the corner!
Students will be coming home with picture order forms Thursday, September 12.
9th-11th Grade Students
Picture day is Thursday, October 3rd
9-11th grade students will be called out of class to have their pictures taken.
Seniors
Picture Day - Thursday, October 3rd
9am-1:15pm
Board of Education Room (BOE Room)
Seniors will sign up for a time on sign up genius via their school email. Please do not select a time during your concurrent classes.
Seniors will order their pictures through a link that will be sent to their personal email when their pictures are ready.
On picture day, senior students will come home with a form from the photographer with their personal code to view and order their pictures.
Senior Dress Code
Boys: Shirt and Tie
Girls: Dress or Dress shirt
(No T Shirts, hoodies, etc.)
School dress code does apply.
There will be collared shirts, ties, and dress shirts available if you need them. Please email Mrs. Matthiesen as soon as possible so she can have your size available.
You will receive a link to a non-school email when your pictures are available from Focus Photography to pick a pose and order them.

Checks can be made to Perry High School Yearbook.
Senior ads are due November 30th
Senior Proofs
Senior photo proofs will be sent to the parent/guardian’s email from Focused School Photography that was provided during enrollment verification. If you do not receive an email, please contact Mrs. Matthiesen.
