FINAL REMINDER: Enrollment Verification for Returning Students

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We still have 145 students (out of 920 total) who have NOT completed the required Enrollment Verification for the 2025–2026 school year. If you have not submitted enrollment info for your child(ren), we encourage you to do so ASAP!

This process began in April and was due by May 9, and we are now entering the final push to complete this important task so we can prep classrooms and assign teachers for the new school year. Student schedules and teachers cannot be assigned to your student until your enrollment info has been submitted.

If your student will not be returning to Perry Public Schools, please let me know so we can update our records and begin any necessary withdrawal paperwork.

Why This Matters:

Enrollment verification ensures that your student’s records are accurate and that your family receives important school communications. The process takes 3-5 minutes to complete online. 

Need Help?

You can complete this process on your own online via the Parent Portal, OR we are offering a time for you to visit the school to get assistance in-person. I will be available to assist K-12 families in person this coming up Monday, June 23, from 9:00am to 2:00pm at the high school office. This is a great opportunity if you need:

  • Help filling out the forms

  • Access to Wi-Fi or a computer

  • Notary services or technical assistance

Evening Help—By Appointment Only:

To accommodate working parents, I will offer a special evening time slot on Tuesday, June 24.

*Don’t forget to bring a document for proof of residency with you
(utility bill, mortgage statement, rental agreement).

How to Complete Enrollment Verification on your own:

  1. Log in to your Parent Portal

  2. Click “Student Records Portal”

  3. Select “Enroll Student 2025–2026”

  4. Verify and update each step (1–3)

  5. Upload proof of residency (JPEG image or PDF file)

  6. Submit when all check marks are green and you see “Submitted” by your student’s name
