I hope your summer is going well and that your child is enjoying some much needed time off! In preparation for the 2023-24 school year, we are needing you to please click on the link below and complete the questionnaire for 5th & 6th Grade Enrollment Options.
5th GRADERS:
5th graders get a "Specials" class choice. Your student will need to pick two "Specials" for next school year.

Your student will need to pick two "electives" for next school year. If your student is interested in participating in "Athletics" next year and you would like more information about this before filling out the form, please attend the "6th Grade Athletics" meeting at the MAC on June 20 at 5:30pm.
