Dear Perry Maroon Families,

First, thank you to all families who have completed a household meal application for your child’s school meals. You should have received your eligibility notifications via USPS mail by now. If you have not, please contact me by email or phone (referenced below). Additionally, the information in this letter will provide you with updated information regarding your child’s meal applications, lunch accounts, menus, meal pricing, and much more. 

It’s not too late to win a Homeland gift card! 
Remember that every completed free and reduced meal application will be entered into a drawing to win one of FIVE $100 Homeland gift cards! The deadline for completing the application and being entered into the drawing is this Thursday, September 1. This deadline is specifically for the gift card drawings. We will accept meal applications the entire month of September and at any point in the school year if your income status changes. 

How do I pay for my child’s meals? 
Our new online meal account payment option is now available. Simply login to your Parent Portal on the school website ( Visit your 'Guardian Portal' to view your child’s meal account balance. Click on 'Make Payment’ next to your account balance and follow the steps to provide payment information. Of course, checks and cash are always accepted if you choose. You may send money with your child to give to his/her teacher or send to the front office.

Where do students go for meals?
• Lower and upper elementary students receive a hot breakfast and lunch served in the lower elementary gym/cafeteria. 
• Junior high students receive a hot breakfast and lunch served in the junior high cafeteria.
• High school students receive a grab-and-go style breakfast in the high school lobby. For lunch, students and secondary teachers/staff may pre-order a hot meal, pizza, hamburger, or chef salad by using the Lunch Room Zoom App or visit: Lunches are personalized with student names and can be picked up in the high school lobby. Please order before 8:45 a.m. for the same day lunch.

Meal Pricing:
• Student Breakfast $2.25  • Student Lunch $3.00  • Milk $0.50  • Teacher Breakfast $3.25  • Teacher Lunch $4.25
