Perry High School will host FAFSA Night on Thursday, October 8, from 4:00–5:30 p.m.
Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is an important step for students planning to attend college or pursue additional education after high school. FAFSA completion is a requirement for graduation. Students who choose not to attend a college or trade school may complete an opt-out form in Mrs. Nelson's office.
During FAFSA Night, students and families will have an opportunity to receive assistance with completing the application. Students should bring their own laptop or use a Chromebook provided at the event.
To make the most of FAFSA Night, please bring the following information:
- Social Security Number or Permanent Resident Number
- W-2 forms and tax returns specified on the FAFSA
- Current balances of cash, checking, and savings accounts
- Information needed to determine dependency status
- Dependent students will also need a parent or parents to provide financial information on the FAFSA.
