PHS Football Home Game Information & Guidelines

Perry High School will host its first home football game of the season this Friday night when the Maroons welcome Alva to Perry.

As fans prepare to fill the stands and support the Maroons, Perry Public Schools would like to remind spectators of the guidelines and expectations for home football games.

Home fans are seated on the west side of the stadium, while visiting fans are seated on the east side. Students in sixth grade and younger must be accompanied by a parent and sit on the north side. Students in grades 7-12 should sit in the designated student section on the south side.

Students are expected to remain in the stands during the game, except when traveling to or from the concession stand or restrooms. Loitering on the track is not permitted, and no spectators are allowed on the practice field at any time during the game. Students who leave the game will not be permitted to re-enter.

Admission

Admission is $5 cash or $5.50 by card.

OSSAA, OCA, Perry Public Schools athletic, faculty and student passes will also be accepted.

OSSAA Two-Strike Rule

Perry Public Schools also reminds all spectators of the OSSAA Two-Strike Rule. If a school, team or individual commits two or more egregious acts of unsportsmanlike conduct during the same season, they may be suspended from participating in that activity for the remainder of the season.

Egregious acts are defined as actions that go beyond the OSSAA's adopted rules of the contest.

All spectators are expected to demonstrate respect and support for student-athletes, coaches, opponents and officials throughout the game.

Perry Public Schools encourages everyone attending Friday night's game to review these guidelines and help make home football games a positive experience for all.

Go Maroons!
