Each of the four school sites has named their building level Teacher of the Year. These four teachers are now in the running for the district-wide Teacher of the Year title, to be voted on by all teachers in the Perry School District.
The Annual Teacher of the Year reception is Wednesday, April 22 at 4pm in the BOE meeting room (old JH Bldg), 901 Elm St.
Building level Teacher of the Year:Lower Elem: Diana Sullins, Kindergarten Teacher
Upper Elem: Kim Russell, 5th Grade Teacher
Junior High: Cory Vineld, Family & Consumer Science Teacher
High School: Anna Schieffer, English Teacher
Our Support Staff of the Year honorees will also be recognized during the reception.
Building Level Support Staff of the Year:Lower Elem: Melissa Cinnamon, Paraprofessional
Upper Elem: Lindsey Harmon, Secretary
Junior High: Mark Crowley, Maintenance
High School: Tommie Bengs, Secretary
