*𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐏-𝐎𝐅𝐅 & 𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐔𝐏 𝐂𝐀𝐑 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒 & 𝐌𝐀𝐏𝐒*
CAR RIDERS: Please review the maps and follow car line procedure to ensure a smooth student drop-off and pickup. Pay close attention to school staff working the line to keep the flow of traffic moving, and keep students safe as they enter/exit vehicles.
LOWER ELEMENTARY NOTES:
- When entering the elementary schools on 15th Street, use the turn lane heading northbound so traffic lanes remain open.
- At morning drop-off, use a single car line.
- At afternoon pickup, two lines are formed and name tags provided by teachers should be displayed in car window.
- Please pull all the way up to the line/cone (multiple cars will unload/load at one time) and parents stay in the vehicle.
- We also ask that any students checking out at the end of the day, check out before 2:45pm. The lower elementary parking lot is reserved for buses at the end of the day.
UPPER ELEMENTARY NOTES:
- Pull forward to the line for the loading & unloading zone.
- Students should exit vehicles on the drivers side and parents stay in the vehicle.
- Use caution as you drive through all school zones and crosswalks. We appreciate the help of local law enforcement who patrol the school zones during morning drop off and afternoon pickup.
JUNIOR HIGH NOTES:
- JH students are to be dropped off and picked up at the Maroon Athletic Center main entrance.
- JH car riders will ONLY be allowed to be picked up in front of the MAC after school, not at the JH office doors.
School doors open at 7:45 a.m. and the first bell rings at 8:10 a.m. at all school sites. Elementary is dismissed at 3:15 p.m. and JH/HS is dismissed at 3:20 p.m.
