ATHLETES/BAND ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
The Perry Public Schools Athletic Department uses an online platform to register athletes and band members. All JH/HS athletes and band members (incoming 6th-12th grade) are required to complete this online registration & upload their annual sports physical each school year BEFORE they can participate in practice or activities.
If you haven't already done so for the new school year, please upload physical ASAP! Parents/guardians must login (or create an account) and be prepared to enter the student’s info, upload physical, add health insurance, and update medical history.
Please note that the online platform formerly called "FamilyID” has rebranded to the name “Arbiter Sports.” Everything works exactly the same, including your login credentials, the website just has a new name.
