Mrs. Shoemake

Speech Language Pathologist

Kristie Shoemake  joined the Maroon family in 2022. She is from Wichita, Kansas and graduated from Maize High School in 1986 received her B.A. Education from Wichita State University in December of 1994, her M.A. Communicative Disorders and Sciences in December of 1996. She holds an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency, Oklahoma State Certification and is an OSHA Member. Her family includes her husband, Steve. An interesting fact about  Mrs. Shoemake is that she was only 3 classes shy of getting her degree in Elementary Education when she changed her degree to Communicative Disorders and Sciences. In her free time she enjoys reading, playing with her dog, Bentley, and visiting her granddaughter, Rae.
