Mrs. Coon

Agriculture Instructor 

Amber Coon joined the Maroon family in 2022. She is from Lindsay, OK and graduated from Connors State College in 2017, then transferred to Oklahoma State University where she received her B.S. in Animal Science and Agricultural Education with a Food Science minor in 2020. She continued her education at Tarleton State University where she will receive her M.S. of Animal Science with a concentration in Meat Science. Her family includes her husband, Braeden Coon. An interesting fact about Mrs. Coon is that she raised a PBR bucking bull. In her free time she enjoys being with her family and dogs, refurbishing furniture and cooking.
